This policy explains how WrapperExits collects, uses, stores and protects personal data.
Last updated: July 23, 2026
1. Data controller
This Privacy Policy applies to WrapperExits, available at https://wrapperexits.com. The data controller is Ovion, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 939 522 033, located at 60 Rue Francois 1er, 75008 Paris, France.

2. Data we collect
When you purchase or use WrapperExits, we may collect the information needed to provide the service: email address, purchased tier, payment status, Stripe checkout session identifier, access token, API access information, access cookie and technical logs.
When you contact us, we may collect your email address and the content of your message.
The dataset itself is built from public or publicly referenced business information about software products and exits. It is not intended to contain private personal data.
3. Collection methods
Data is collected through Stripe Checkout, access links, cookies, API requests, server logs, email delivery systems and direct communications that you send to us.
WrapperExits does not require a user account. Access is managed through a secure cookie and/or a private access link generated after purchase.
4. Purposes of processing
We process personal data to process payments, deliver and maintain paid access, send access links, provide CSV exports and API access, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the service, troubleshoot issues, respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.
We may also use aggregated or technical usage information to understand reliability, performance and product usage.
5. Legal basis
Processing related to purchases, access delivery and customer support is based on performance of the contract.
Processing related to security, abuse prevention, service improvement and basic technical logs is based on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
Processing required for accounting, tax or legal compliance is based on legal obligations. Where consent is required for a specific processing activity, we will ask for it separately.
6. Retention period
Purchase and access records are kept for as long as needed to provide lifetime access, manage support and comply with accounting, tax and legal obligations.
Technical logs are kept only for the period reasonably necessary for security, debugging and service operation.
Support messages are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and maintain a useful support history, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
7. Data access and sub-processors
Only authorised staff within Ovion may access personal data when necessary for support, operations, security or compliance.
Personal data may be processed by service providers that help us operate WrapperExits, including Stripe for payment processing, email delivery providers for access emails, hosting and database infrastructure providers, and operational tooling used to secure and maintain the service.
These providers process data according to their own security and privacy commitments and, where required, contractual data processing terms.
8. Transfers outside the EU
Some service providers may process data outside the European Union. Where such transfers occur, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms required by applicable data protection law.
9. Cookies
WrapperExits uses cookies that are necessary to provide paid access to the database. These cookies store access state and help avoid asking you to re-enter your private access link on each visit.
We may also use strictly necessary security or session cookies. If we introduce non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and request consent where required.
10. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, server-side access checks, secure payment processing through Stripe and limited access to operational systems.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your access link has been exposed or your data may be at risk, contact us promptly.
11. Your rights
In accordance with the GDPR and applicable data protection laws, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, request portability, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
You can exercise these rights by contacting us at support@wrapperexits.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on certain requests.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
12. Changes
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by another reasonable means where appropriate.
The latest version will always be available on this page.
