These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WrapperExits, a paid database of AI micro-SaaS and AI wrapper exits, including sale prices, revenue metrics, multiples, timelines, channels, source links and confidence indicators.

WrapperExits is provided for research, benchmarking and informational purposes. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax or acquisition advice.

By accessing the website, purchasing a tier, using the database, exporting data or using the API, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service.

If you use WrapperExits on behalf of a company or another legal entity, you represent that you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

WrapperExits offers public pages and paid lifetime access tiers. The Standard tier provides web access to the database. The Pro tier provides web access plus CSV export and JSON API access.

Access is delivered through an access cookie and/or an emailed access link. You are responsible for keeping your access link private. Ovion may revoke or rotate access credentials when necessary to prevent abuse, fraud or unauthorised sharing.

Features, fields, filters, exports, API behaviour and the size or composition of the dataset may evolve over time.

Prices are shown on the website at the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. Ovion does not store your full payment card details.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, purchases are one-time payments that provide lifetime access to the purchased tier, including future updates that Ovion makes available for that tier.

You are responsible for any taxes, duties or charges that may apply to your purchase, except where they are collected directly during checkout.

The dataset and paid features are delivered immediately after payment. Because access to digital content starts immediately, purchases are final once access has been delivered, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that grants a mandatory right of withdrawal, you may have specific statutory rights. Where applicable, by purchasing immediate access you acknowledge that delivery starts before the end of the withdrawal period and that this may affect your right to withdraw.

If something is wrong with your purchase or access link, contact us at support@wrapperexits.com and we will review the issue.

You agree not to resell, sublicense, publish, scrape, bulk copy, redistribute or make the paid dataset available to third parties without prior written permission from Ovion.

You agree not to attempt to bypass access controls, overload the service, reverse engineer non-public parts of the application, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

If you use the Pro API, you must keep API credentials private and respect any technical or rate limits communicated by the service.

WrapperExits aggregates information from public acquisition marketplaces, founder announcements, interviews, newsletters and other available sources. Each deal may include a source and confidence level.

Although Ovion makes reasonable efforts to keep the data useful and accurately labelled, figures may be incomplete, estimated, outdated, misreported by third parties or corrected later. Undisclosed information is marked as such instead of being invented.

You are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the data, including any business, acquisition, valuation or investment decisions.

The WrapperExits application, interface, database structure, original content, branding and related materials are owned by Ovion or its licensors.

Your purchase grants you a personal or internal business right to access and use the service according to your tier. It does not transfer ownership of the service, dataset, software or brand.

WrapperExits may rely on third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing, email providers for access delivery, hosting providers and public source websites referenced by the dataset.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Ovion is not responsible for their independent acts, omissions, availability or content.

WrapperExits is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Ovion does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every datapoint is complete or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ovion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or business losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data or decisions made using the service.

Ovion may suspend or terminate access if a user breaches these terms, shares access credentials publicly, attempts to bypass technical limits, abuses the API, commits fraud or creates legal or security risk for the service.

Termination for breach does not entitle the user to a refund unless required by applicable law.

Ovion may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or by another reasonable means where appropriate.

Continued use of WrapperExits after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will first try to resolve the matter amicably.

Failing an amicable resolution, the competent courts of Paris, France shall have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
